    To early for comment on Battery, just received. Made in China, characteristics are very impressive in comparison to original one. Time is going to show how good it is. So far so Good. There is only one negative point and it is about the seller actually not the product. Their communication is a bit down.

    The original Dyson battery, and the next replacement one I installed both gave 20 to 30 minutes of power before requiring recharging. This one only lasts 5 minutes at best! I am most disappointed and will not purchase a replacement battery again.

    Delivery of the Dyson V8 Battery was on time and free of damage. Thank you. I was able to fit it into the cleaner without any problem and my wife is so happy to be back in the cleaning chore once more. I also discovered the intermittent operation of the cleaner was due to a blocked filter on the end of the drive motor. This was also replaced and the cleaner has operated properly ever since. I need to advise you I have been troubled by so many advertisements for more batteries and filters. Both are not now needed. I do not intend to buy either of these two items for some time.     I have replaced the battery of my Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner now for the second time (bought from Aubattery both times) since I bought it 8 years ago. The previous battery from Aubattery lasted 5 years which I think is excellent. My vacuum cleaner works as good as when I bought it.     I ordered the battery prior to reading ‘on-line’ reviews of the company and was a bit sceptical of what, if anything, I would receive. Battery was received promptly and while only used a few times so far is working as intended. One minor point – the charger connection point on the battery is a firm fit when connecting into the charger, this will hopefully free-up after a few uses. Hopefully it will continue to work for at least the next 3-4 years.

    The replacement battery for my Dyson V8 arrived very quickly.
    It fits perfectly and works well.
    It has less run time than an original Dyson battery but at less than half the price, I wasn’t expecting an original. If that’s what I wanted then I would have ordered from Dyson.
    I received a battery that fits my appliance, works well and is fit for purpose and it has allowed me to continue happily running around the place, madly cleaning with my trusty old Dyson V8
